| Young Taiwanese pianist Sophie Ai-Lung Huang will achieve the
world premiere of Sonata double concertante for violin, piano
and orchestra by Marius Herea, along with Slovenian violinist
Oksana Peceny and the Ploiesti Philharmonic Orchestra,
under the baton of Mo. Ovidiu Balan, February 18-th, 2010.
At age of 10, Sophie had her first appearance on stage as a soloist.
In 1995-1998, she attended senior high school of music in Taoyuan.
In autumn of 1998, she came to Austria where she studied solo piano
from 1998 up to 2002 within the University of Arts in Graz. (KUG)
She completed numerous master courses in Taiwan, Germany and
Austria with renown musicians.In 2007, she studied half of year at

Sophie has not only been active as a soloist but also as a teacher and chamber music pianist. She has been playing with several remarkable musicians such as cellist Christina Pulker within their Duo Mi Piace
and harpist Carmen Abbado.
